STEP 3
Publish!

Your message is now published.
Families can view the latest news from your residence in real-time directly on the 'Community Wall' of their Famileo account. Personal messages, on the other hand, will appear in their 'Family Wall'.

In the ‘Community Wall’ and 'Personal Messages' section, you will find the history of all messages sent to families. The more you send, the more content you'll have to reuse when creating your internal newsletter!

Moderate messages

Do you want to involve your employees while validating the messages posted? It's possible!

All team members with access to Famileo can send messages to families, whether they have 'Admin user,' 'Regular user,' or 'Contributor' status. Messages from 'Regular user' and 'Contributor' statuses must be approved by an 'Admin user'  before being published to families. If there are messages to moderate, the administrator will receive a notification. This feature allows administrators to moderate messages and edit them if necessary (publish, edit, and delete).

If you would like to know how to create new credentials or understand the different statuses, click here.
