On a computer, click on ‘Facility Wall’, add your media (image, video or any other file), write your message, and choose to send it either to all families (‘To all’) or to specific families (‘Grouped’).

  On a mobile device, tap ‘Write’ and select the type of message you’d like to send.

You can choose one or more existing groups, or manually select each family from the list of residents. To learn more about creating groups, click here.

On a computer, click on ‘Personal Messages’, then select the resident whose family you want to message.

 On a mobile device, tap ‘Write’, select ‘Personal Message’, and choose the resident concerned. You can also go directly to your ‘Resident List’ and tap the ‘Write’ icon next to the resident’s name.
