If someone hasn’t given their permission to appear on Famileo, they must not be recognisable in any photos shared. With the blurring tool, you can ensure you respect individuals' image rights and protect the privacy of both residents and your team.

1. Create a message
2. Select the photo(s) you want to include

3. Click the ‘Blur’ button
4. On a computer, adjust the size of the brush
5. Use your finger (on mobile) or your cursor (on computer) to blur the chosen area. For greater precision, zoom in on the part you want to edit
6. Confirm – and you’re done! Your photo is now ready to post

Video messages let you bring shared moments within your care setting to life. Whether it’s a message to all, a personal one, or for a group, you can easily send videos of residents' loved ones to their families.
 Each video must be accompanied by a short description in order to be published.

   Videos must not exceed 210 MB. If the file is too large, an error message will appear and the message won’t be published.
   On a computer, most file formats are accepted. On mobile, only .MP4 is supported on Android, and .MP4 and .MOV on iOS. Learn more

4. Tap ‘Publish’ and stay on the page or app while the video is uploading
    Offline posting is not available
5. Your message is published! Families will see it on their care setting wall, with a preview showing the first second of the video
   Messages to all with a video will also be automatically broadcasted on you TV Box if your establishment has one
